38 weeks
this is officially the last week of pregnancy for me, one way or another. dr j decided to stick around for my appointment today, thank goodness :) well, baby girl moved back into position, although not as far down as she needs to be. dr j could feel her head though and i was dilated to 2 cm & 50% effaced...this is progress. she stripped my membranes and definitely caused some commotion. i've been crampy ever since & have had some strong contractions. i'm not getting hopeful though because this happened with the boys too and ended up doing nothing after about 4 hours or so. otherwise, my blood pressure was up a little more so if i were to have more "blood pressure symptoms", then baby girl comes out right away. if i make it til wednesday, then she'll strip my membranes again & we'll see if anything happens. if nothing happens, then baby girl comes out in one week, on march 29th! so now we just wait & the daily countdown begins :)
