20 weeks

1/2 way done cookin' this baby girl!! it's unbelievable how fast this pregnancy is going by...bittersweet for me since i know this is my last pregnancy. i love that the boys are so excited about the baby though and i truly enjoy being pregnant at this point. the unfamiliar baby girl world is a little intimidating, yet exciting as we look at all the cute options for her room, clothes, etc. fun stuff & yet i'm still a little shocked that pink is coming our way.
baby's status: she must be cozy in there because i don't feel her much at all. she has definitely found a tap dance platform on my bladder, but other than that, she's pretty calm & quiet. the ultrasound a few weeks ago showed her moving all around though, so that's reassuring.
mommy's status: obviously growing...this belly cannot be denied! my belly button popped out a few weeks ago and will soon protrude through my clothes, no doubt. feeling great though. still not sleeping more than 2 hours without getting up to pee at night. of course my craving for ice, cold water in the evening probably doesn't help that situation! yes i know, the awakenings are just preparing me for life with a newborn...done this a few times, i get that :)
