we're back home after a fun weekend of camping! we hiked lots of trails including one that went to the water falls and another that went to wolf cave. we played at a few different playgrounds, swam at the pool, played cornhole and frisbee, rode bikes, visited with our cousins, made lots of smores, and even got to pet a snake at the nature center. eli went nonstop all weekend. he loves camping and uses every ounce of his boy energy to enjoy the great outdoors. caleb hiked his 1st trails all by himself and even made it up some pretty steep rocky parts. as long as he had his walking stick, he was good to go. he was very content making his line of trucks by the mud puddle though, filling them up with sticks and rocks. abram also did his 1st trail which started out in the stroller, but ended up with a very independent 'almost' 2 year old walking most of the way. he did his fair share of big wheel riding and also swam like a fish at the pool. he has no fear of sticking his head in the water and thought it was hilarious to pour buckets of it on himself. lots of fun and i have tons of pictures to prove it. i'll put a link on the title if you wanna see some of them (i'll pick the good ones). here are few...
