caleb loves his big brother so much! he talks about eli when he's not even there. he anxiously awaits for eli to come home from school. he thinks everything is eli's even when it's something that belongs to both of them. at first it made me kind of sad to hear caleb refer to everything as eli's, as if something being his very own wasn't as special or something. but then i realized that's what being brothers is all about. he's proud of his big brother and what belongs to him. caleb is such a little lover anyway and he simply adores eli. it's precious and something i hope they will cherish as they grow up together and look back on what being little meant to them as brothers. here is a picture eli showing caleb how to play catch last night in the spring sunshine. i kept hearing, "caleb, you just gotta keep your eye on the ball...now watch the ball...great job, buddy!"
