6 months down and well on my way to the 3rd trimester! my belly is definitely getting lots of 2nd glances and comments. it's funny to be walking in the hospital at work and people in the hall will make eye contact and then immediately look down at the big basketball peeking through my white coat. i noticed that a lot today and just had to laugh. anyway, baby girl is growing & making herself known to me more now. she's more active, although not quite as much as a few of her brothers were. i do feel her all through the day which is very reassuring and fun to try to catch so that jerry can feel too. she's had the hiccups a few times which is always fun to watch/feel. the boys love on my belly daily which is so sweet. they just randomly come up and give their baby sister a kiss & hug. they're all very affectionate little boys anyway, but this makes my heart smile even more...to know that they already love her so much. after christmas, we're gonna start working on baby girl's room which is very exciting. we've got some ideas, just have to make it happen. and we've got the name list down to 12! we've actually only discussed it twice now...just hasn't been a priority and we're really in a whole new world with these girl names! it will be a "secret" once we figure it out, but i thought it'd be fun to get your opinion...hence the poll on the right with just a few from our list. we've got plenty more, but i'll start with these :)
baby's status: can tell active times from sleeping times, still tapdancing on my bladder, i'm assuming she's measuring okay b/c dr. j didn't say otherwise.
mommy's status: expanding greatly, craving cereal (especially golden grahams), feeling great although being pregnant in your 30's is a little harder on your body than in your 20's, still wanting it all to slow down a little though, very excited to look at hair bows :)
